1-Time Free Exchange
Each order is eligible for one free exchange (size or product).
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order, it really helps.

Second Exchange (Same Order)
If you’d like to exchange the same order again, a ₹200 exchange fee will apply.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Return Policy

COD Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit only

Shipping & COD Charges
Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Reverse Pickups

Serviceable Areas
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup if courier service is available in your area.

Non-Serviceable Areas
If reverse pickup isn’t available, please self-ship via India Post.
We’ll reimburse ₹70 towards shipping once the product passes quality check.

Pickup Attempts

  • Up to 2 pickup attempts will be made

  • Usually within 48-72 hours of request
    Please ensure availability to avoid delays.

General Guidelines

  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Please check discount code T&Cs before purchasing
